Jason Keigher began his fitness career over fifteen years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs
and he spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY. Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude from Touro College in 1998.
Jason is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES), performance enhancement specialist (PES), fitness nutrition specialist (FNS), golf fitness specialist (GFS), senior fitness specialist (SFS) and women's fitness specialist (WFS).
Additionally, Jason is certified as a Power Plate, Kettlebell and TRX instructor. He is also certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal and integrated flexibility specialist.
Jason has personally trained under Julie Tupler and holds a certificate that qualifies him to teach the Tupler Technique (the ONLY research based program proven to effectively treat a diastasis recti). He is also certified by Annie Martens to teach Bella Bellies® Prenatal Pilates and Stretch, Momilates® Pilates for Mommies and Stroller Moves® classes; as well as by Oh Baby! Fitness as a certified prenatal and postpartum instructor.
Jason is available for personal training in your home, office, park or private gym throughout Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Santa Monica.
